What the permit says

Trees: 1 per permit
Where: Crown land on power line or forest road rights-of-way (up to 3 m past the ditch or road bank).
Tree height: Under 5 m
Valid: Last season November 1 to December 25

Not in plantations or spaced young stands
For BC residents 19 and older
Don’t take the tree out of BC
